My name is Babatunde Makinde Williams a Nigerian, Lagos-based A&R, He is the founder of  “Gidioti Empire” a talent management company that have been of major support to fast rising artists since 2012, Millennial-aged Entrepreneur who also owned a fast-growing business – shawarma kitchen “Ogbeni Shawarma” and experienced A&R Executive.  While continuously evolving and developing himself in the work terrain he operates in.

​I’m credited with hosting several pop up events, working with plethora of clients and talents in the Nigerian music industry such as Cynthia Morgan, G- Worldwide ent (Kiss Daniel), Dj-jimmyjat, shaydee, Chinko Ekun and contributed to bubbling success of Los Angeles, CA based Grammy-Award-winning singer-songwriter “Jackie’s boy”. My extensive knowledge of the music industry and business savvy have helped me forge lifelong mutually beneficial personal and business relationships.

I am currently the co-founder and active A&R consultant under the umbrella of A&R Duty company, a leading top-of-the line creative based company revolutionising the community of Artist and repertoire in the African entertainment industry.
